Act Early, Act Well: Creating Safe and Respectful Workplaces

With the duty to prevent sexual harassment now firmly part of the workplace landscape, this session will explore both the legal obligations and the practical actions that help mitigate risks and create safer, more respectful, and more productive workplace cultures.

Through discussion and real-world examples, the panel will share what is working in practice and how organisations, managers, leaders, and colleagues can contribute to creating and maintaining safe, respectful working environments.

Attendees will leave with greater confidence in recognising when to act, understanding what works in practice, and playing their part in creating a positive and respectful workplace culture.
