Code of Conduct
INTRODUCTION
The International Women's Cyber Alliance (“IWCA”) is an international organization dedicated to knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and support for women in cybersecurity, cyber insurance, and privacy-related industries.
The IWCA’s mission is to support the education and advancement of women in the cyber industry through mentorship programs, leadership webinars, knowledge sharing events, partnerships with nonprofits, and book clubs that create a continuous learning environment.
We drafted this Code of Conduct to serve as a guiding framework for our shared values and expectations. It outlines the standards of behavior that ensure our community remains a welcoming and respectful space for all. By setting clear guidelines, we aim to prevent misconduct, promote accountability, and uphold the integrity of our mission.
We ask that all members and participants commit to upholding these principles, creating an environment where mutual respect, kindness, and empowerment are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we can continue building a strong and supportive network for women everywhere.
